They say location is everything, and I'd have to concur here. The place by itself is in desperate need of an overhaul. Everything worked, it felt protected, plus the location was awesome, but it surely's just within the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. I don't mean to complain far too much, but basically the windows have been all really in need of replacement, as had been the doorways, the trim, much from the furniture, and many others.

I cannot understand any bad reviews remaining about this place. it's terpene-profiles only wonderful. the only adverse thing I'm able to say about it's that the walkway to the beach needs a little little bit of love. there are thorns that will Minimize you but as long when you check out where you step, this shouldn't be a problem. or just bend down and pull the little thorn stick things out of the sand and toss them aside. it's got everything you need. pots, pans, plates, cups, cooking utensils, and plenty of other kitchen area provides. it had been clean and it was pretty. I will book this very same residence for that same time next year. the water in Indian Pass is pretty murky but DO NOT Permit THIS STOP YOU FROM COMING On the AREA! we swam in that water and it was just as good as being the surrounding blue waters. it's very close to many places with clear blue water. cape san blas is right down the road as well as water there is pretty. its also a short drive to port st joe and those beaches are breathtaking. you MUST check out st George island! its also a very short drive from this property and we expended many days there.
